A superb reimagining of our
original, pioneering hi-fi rack dream
Traditional values with innovative isolation
The Model V Signature is a thoroughly modern incarnation of the original SGR Audio design which, over its many years of production and refinement, has seen us become master-builders of hi-fi equipment racks that are stunningly beautiful, purposefully customisable and extremely effective.
Utilising the same features as the Model V Symphony, the Model V Signature offers the support structure your system demands, providing compelling musical fidelity through multi-layered energy absorption and vibration isolation. Not to be outdone by its contemporary cousin, the Model V Signature's appearance is in a class of its own, with timeless veneer platforms and flawlessly finished components. What hasn’t changed since the original design is the much-loved modularity and expandability of the system.
Typical high end audiophile amplifiers tend to be very large and very heavy. For this reason they often find themselves on the floor, a location plagued by massive amounts of vibrational energy from loudspeakers.
To provide the optimum supporting environment for your amplifier, be it vacuum tube or transistor-based, we have adapted the technology from our Model V Signature Hi-Fi Rack to create a companion amplifier stand.
Remove vibrational interference and take superior control of playback accuracy with our multi-layered isolation solution. From the absorptive quartz-filled posts and constrained-layer platforms to the powerful support from the silicon isolators and cross-brace combination, these elements are specifically engineered to preserve the integrity of your sound.
Rack Isolation Technologies
The Signature Style veneers are manufactured from sustainably managed forests. Being engineered veneers, as opposed to natural veneers, they ensure batch consistency in both colour and pattern, allowing us to provide an excellent match should you choose to expand your rack in the future.
Our ingenious seven step process evolved from three years of intense development and ensures a flawless result.
Further enhance your listening experience with our additional upgrades.
Enables friction reduced height adjustment due to a hidden internal stainless steel structure housing a rotary thrust bearing. Recommended for hard surface floors.
The heavy duty cross-brace provides maximum rigidity and is recommended for shelf loads of more than 45kg.
A set of four isolators can be added to the cross-brace to accomodate an additional 15kg of load. Up to three additional sets can be added.
The extended top shelf creates an expansive equipment surface, perfect for larger turntables and equipment bigger than standard.
Width (no cable hooks): 65cm
Upright Diameter: 50mm
Internal Clearance: 55cm
Usable Width: 45cm
Usable Depth: 40cm
Usable Width: 63cm
Usable Depth: 40cm
Adjustable Spikes: 125mm
Ball-race Levellers: 115mm
Adding up each overall shelf height (RU) will give the total rack height
For example: Bottom Shelf with Spikes (125mm) + 4RU (244mm) + 2RU (154mm) + 2RU (154mm) = 677mm total rack height.
Heavy Duty Clearance:
4mm less than standard equipment clearance.
Heavy Duty Cross-brace recommended for equipment over 45kg.
Standard cross-brace supplied with rack shelf.
Additional cost for heavy duty cross-brace.
